Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zero Hiring (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Zero Hiring provides an AI-powered candidate screening and interview platform that enables employers to:

  • Create and manage job postings
  • Conduct automated AI-powered candidate interviews
  • Receive AI-generated candidate assessments and scoring
  • Manage applications and hiring workflows
  • Integrate with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

The Service operates on a per-role pricing model. By using the Service, you agree to the following fee structure:

4.1 Role Opening Fee

A one-time fee of $1,500 USD is charged when you publish a job posting through the Service. This fee covers the cost of posting the role to major job boards, AI-powered resume screening and ranking, and automated candidate interviews. The Role Opening Fee is charged at the time of publication and is non-refundable.

4.2 Success Fee

A $1,500 USD success fee is charged when a role is successfully filled through the Service. A role is considered “successfully filled” when you confirm a hire for that position within the platform.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you pay the Role Opening Fee, your payment method is saved on file for the purpose of charging the Success Fee if the role is filled. You authorize Zero Hiring to charge your saved payment method for any applicable Success Fees without additional approval at the time of charge.

4.4 Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once charged. The Role Opening Fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the role is filled. The Success Fee is non-refundable once a hire has been confirmed.

4.5 Price Changes

Zero Hiring reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect roles that have already been published. We will notify you of any pricing changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of employment laws
  • Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to make final hiring decisions without human review

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct interviews and generate candidate assessments. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI assessments are recommendations, not final hiring decisions
  • You are responsible for making all final hiring decisions
  • AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by qualified personnel
  • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding automated decision-making

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zero Hiring and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including job descriptions, candidate information, and interview recordings. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Hiring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
