Privacy Policy Change History

Every published version of our Privacy Policy, with a plain-English description of what changed and why.

Our notice commitment

We review our Privacy Policy at least annually. For a material change — a change to what personal data we collect, our purposes or lawful bases for processing it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, your rights, or the introduction of a new purpose not previously described (including one covered by GDPR Article 13(3)) — we email each customer's administrator at least 30 days before the change takes effect, stating the nature of the change. An administrative change (wording, contact details, formatting, or a correction that doesn't change what we actually do) is recorded here and takes effect on publication.

You can follow this history via RSS or by emailing privacy@zerohiring.com.

  • Version 1.0AdministrativePublished August 27, 2026

First published version of the Zero Hiring privacy policy.

    • This is the first version of our privacy policy issued with a dated change record. Every future revision will be listed on this page, describing what changed and why.
    • Where a future change is material — a new purpose for your data, a new category of recipient, or anything that narrows your rights — we will publish it here at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you have time to read it and object.
    • You can subscribe to this change log by RSS if you would rather not check back.
