We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build the systems that power our portfolio of AI-native professional services companies. You'll work on agentic workflow engines, multi-tenant backend platforms, third-party integrations, shared data infrastructure, and LLM-powered operational tools. The surface area spans multiple product domains simultaneously, requiring both technical excellence and business acumen.
We need engineers who are exceptional builders and know what to build. You'll be expected to diagnose business problems, identify the right solutions, and push back when direction is wrong. Anticipatory technical ownership is core to this role—we value engineers who think ahead and make proactive decisions without waiting to be asked.
